Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my stay!!! The spa was unavailable during key times, disappointing those expecting quality relaxation. Maintenance seemed slow in addressing reported issues, which is quite frustrating seeking comfort!!!

Had a blast with friends at this hotel! Loved the spacious rooms and the super friendly staff. We checked out ParkOra Life and CarrefourSa, both great for shopping! The thermal pool was a hit for relaxation. Special thanks to the wonderful manager who made our stay unforgettable. Definitely adding this hotel to my favorites when visiting again.

I wish the pillows had been more comfortable, as I experienced some neck pain during my stay. It’s something I typically deal with in hotels, but it still affected my sleeping quality.
